Career Counsellor

Responsibilities:

1. Tele-calling: Contacting prospective students or clients via phone calls to provide information about available courses, career paths, and educational opportunities.

2. Course Awareness: Keeping updated knowledge about various courses, educational programs, and career paths to effectively guide individuals in making informed decisions.

3. Academic Counseling: Providing personalized guidance to individuals regarding their academic and career goals, helping them explore different options, and offering advice on suitable courses or educational paths.

4. Admissions Management: Assisting individuals with the admissions process, including filling out applications, providing necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with admission requirements.

5. Arranging and Participating in Events: Organizing educational events, seminars, workshops, and career fairs to promote course awareness and facilitate networking opportunities for students or clients.

6. Course Registration: Assisting individuals with course registration procedures, including guiding them through the registration process, explaining course requirements, and helping them select suitable courses.

7. Down Payment Collection: Handling financial transactions related to course registrations, including collecting down payments or fees and providing assistance with payment options or financial aid applications.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Plus Two/12th grade).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy: Ability to understand and empathize with the challenges students face.
• Organizational Skills: Effective organization and time management skills.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in using computer applications for record-keeping and communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: In education, counselling, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ experience in academic counselling or related roles.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in counselling or education.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
