RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and guide the Admission team, providing mentorship, feedback, and support. Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Ensure smooth workflow within the team, delegating tasks appropriately and maximizing team efficiency. Oversee and enhance the admission process ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategies to streamline admission procedures, reduce processing time, and enhance overall efficiency. Continuously analyze feedback from students to improve the overall admission experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
