Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with high school students and parents (virtual or in-person)
Understand students academic background, interests, career aspirations, and guide accordingly
Help students finalize preferred courses, countries, and universities (India, US, UK, Canada)
Support with profile-building strategies (internships, extracurriculars, summer programs)
Assist in the university shortlisting and creation of application timelines and document checklists
Stay up-to-date with admission trends, university requirements, scholarships, and deadlines
Conduct career workshops (Virtual or in person)

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in college admissions counseling or student mentoring
Knowledge of admission processes for major study destinations (USA, UK, Canada, India etc.)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Empathy, patience, and a student-first attitude
