Job description & Responsibilities

1. Counsel the enquiries visiting the Centre and explaining them the entire course details.

2. Calling Prospective Leads & booking their appointments for centre visit.

3. Maintaining MIS for all the enquiries & walk-ins and sending daily reports to the management.

4. Following up with the enquiries and converting the walk-ins into admissions.

5. Life cycle management of students which includes getting the admission forms filled with all accurate details and completing their entire documentation.

6. Timely follow up with students for fees.

7 . Coordinate with the academics team for assigning batches to new enrolments.

8. Conducting in-house & outdoor seminars/workshops.

9 . Maintaining cordial relations with students and their parents.

10. Achieving monthly, quarterly & yearly targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,116.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Education & Admission Counsellors: 1 year (Preferred)
