Career Counsellor (CBSE, CAIE & IBDP Curriculum)

Position: Career Counsellor

• Provide

  one-on-one and group career counseling

  sessions for students of

  CBSE, IGCSE, A Level and IBDP

  .
• Assist students in selecting

  appropriate CBSE, IB and Cambridge subjects

  based on their career aspirations.
• Guide students on the impact of subject choices on

  university admissions and career prospects

  .
• Support students in researching and applying to

  top universities worldwide (US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, India, etc.)

  .
• Provide guidance on

  application processes, personal statements, UCAS, Common App, and university entrance exams and preparation of LOR.

• Assist with

  scholarship applications, and essay writing

  .
• Organize

  career awareness programs, industry interactions, guest lectures, and internships

  .
• Conduct assessments and psychometric tests to help students explore

  interests, strengths, and career options

  .
• Provide insights on

  emerging careers, market trends, and future job opportunities

  .
• Establish and maintain relationships with

  universities, admissions officers, and industry professionals

  .
• Organize

  university fairs, webinars, and campus visits

  for students.
• Conduct

  parent workshops and counseling sessions

  on university admissions, scholarships, and career planning.
• Collaborate with

  teachers and coordinators

  to align career counseling with academic goals.
• Provide

  teachers with insights on subject-related career opportunities

  .
• Guide students in building strong

  university applications through CAS (IB), Extended Essay (IB), and research projects

  .
• Assist in developing student

  resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and digital portfolios

  .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working with

  IBDP and Cambridge A-Level students

  .
• Strong network with

  universities, alumni, and industry experts

  .
• Ability to conduct

  career fairs, university expos, and mentorship programs

  .
