Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct product and software training (in-person & online) for clinics and partners
Deliver audiology-focused sessions on fitting protocols, counseling, and patient handling
Provide real-time technical support for fittings, software, and connectivity
Support live demos, initial fittings, and field visits
Collect market feedback and support product & training improvements
Train sales teams and support marketing content creation

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of audiology and hearing aid fittings
Experience with fitting software (e.g., Genie 2 preferred)
Excellent training, presentation, and communication skills
Willingness to travel

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Audiology (BASLP/MASLP)
Minimum 2–3 years of clinical or industry experience, preferably in hearing aids
Strong command over fitting software (preferably Genie/Genie 2, Noah)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel extensively across India
