Job Description

What will you do? Conduct assessments to determine clients' career interests, strengths, and goals. Provide personalized career guidance and support to clients through one-on-one sessions. Research and gather information on various career paths, including job duties, education requirements, and salary expectations. Help clients develop job search strategies, including resume and cover letter writing, job search techniques, and interview preparation. Assist clients in identifying and applying to relevant job openings and educational programs. Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and progress. Collaborate with other professionals, such as recruiters, hiring managers, and educational institutions, to provide additional resources and support for clients. Stay up-to-date with current job market trends and industry developments. Who can apply? Bachelor's degree in Bcom ,Bmm, Bms counseling, psychology, or a related field. Must have at least 2+ years of Sales or Counseling experience Proven experience in career counseling or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of job search techniques and strategies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
