Position Overview


As a career advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students, playing a pivotal role in their journey towards career success. Your role will be to provide expert guidance through the admissions process, ensuring students fully understand our programs and are set up for success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a deep understanding of the tech industry, and the ability to communicate effectively, creating a seamless and positive admissions experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Prospective Students: Actively reach out to candidates through phone calls, emails, and digital platforms to provide comprehensive information about ElevateMes programs and services.
  • Provide Tailored Guidance: Assess the needs and goals of each candidate, offering personalized program recommendations that align with their aspirations and technical background.
  • Coordinate Technical Assessments: Guide candidates through the technical assessment process, ensuring they understand the procedures and next steps, while providing timely follow-ups.
  • Facilitate the Admission Process: Assist candidates in completing their applications, ensuring all records are meticulously maintained and tracked through the admissions pipeline.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Keep detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system, monitoring progress from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Ensure High Satisfaction Levels: Deliver exceptional customer service by making the admissions process smooth, transparent, and rewarding for prospective students.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathetically and clearly convey information to prospective students.
  • Sales Acumen: A natural ability to present programs persuasively and to align candidates’ goals with ElevateMe’s offerings.
  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and standard productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Team Collaboration: A strong team player, willing to collaborate across departments and contribute towards the collective success of the organization.
