This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Advisor at Ardent Recruiters, located in Gandhinagar. Experience in Student Counseling
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to develop personalized career plans and job search strategies
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience in the recruitment or education industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field
