Primary Focus: The Product Owner will be one of the primary contributors for the overall success of the product, including its strategy, roadmap, and execution. Roles & Responsibilities: Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs. Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. Translate product requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Document requirements using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure clarity, completeness, and traceability. Identify potential risks, dependencies, and impacts associated with proposed solutions or changes to existing systems. Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on defined requirements and acceptance criteria. Participate in testing activities, conduct product testing, and ensure that delivered solutions meet the requirements. Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree: Typically, in business administration, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications related to business analysis, project management, or financial services are advantageous. Relevant Experience: Prior experience in business analysis, product management, or project management roles within the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on card issuing products. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Business Analysis (IIBA-AAC), or Project Management Professional (PMP) can enhance credibility and demonstrate expertise in the field. Industry Knowledge: Continuously staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the card issuing and payments industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate requirements, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst; Experience with payment systems is mandatory; Strong expertise in high-load system analysis, design, and optimization; Professional skills and proven work experience with REST/SOAP APIs and messaging brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and asynchronous processing; Experience working with SQL databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse), including integration-level knowledge; Proficiency in business process modeling tools (BPMN, UML) and algorithm description; Experience in system integration architecture, including defining and managing integration channels; Strong background in project management methodologies and tools; Experience with analytics and monitoring tools (Grafana, Sentry); English proficiency B2 or higher: ability to work continuously with suppliers and the internal team; Strong communication skills, responsibility, and ability to work independently; Experience working in international or distributed teams is a plus.

Testing & Validation: Conduct testing and validation of EMV profiles, including quality assurance and troubleshooting. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of profile specifications, updates, and configurations. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, software engineers, and quality assurance teams to deliver accurate and secure profiles on schedule. Required Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proficient in EMV chip personalization, including knowledge of EMV standards and specifications. Experience with payment scheme specifications (e.g., Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover). Familiarity with data preparation and personalization tools Strong understanding of cryptographic processes (e.g., RSA, DES, 3DES) and key management. Programming Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript and C#) and experience with data preparation scripts for personalization. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in profile data, encryption, and data preparation. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate with experience in developing EMV profiles for different form factors Good to have familiarity with financial and security regulations. Knowledge of ISO standards and payment card industry (PCI) requirements. Previous experience working with personalization bureaus or card, IC manufacturers.
