Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress against goals.
Serve as a Scrum Master for agile development methodologies, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
Analyze data to optimize workflow processes and improve overall efficiency.

Job Requirements :

10-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of AHA (Agile Healthcare Alliance) framework for managing complex projects in healthcare domain.
Proficiency in JIRA tool for tracking issues, bugs, and tasks; knowledge of card payments processing systems an added advantage.
