Position: Restaurant Captain

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, and manage reservations.
• Provide menu knowledge, answer questions, and assist with order selection.
• Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Address and resolve any customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Solicit and forward guest feedback to management for service improvement.. .
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
• Act as a liaison between the kitchen and service staff, communicating orders, wait times, and special requests.
• Take and process guest orders accurately.
• Monitor and manage inventory of dining supplies like cutlery, glassware, and napkins.
• Ensure the dining area, including tables, chairs, and tableware, is clean and well-maintained.
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Promote and upsell menu items and beverages.
• Ensure food and beverage presentation meet the restaurant's standards.
• Monitor and uphold the quality of service and food to ensure guest satisfaction.
