As a Senior Professional at Alpha Alternatives, a Multi Asset Class, Proprietary Capital Investing, and Asset Management Platform, your role involves managing and acquiring high-net-worth individuals (UHNI) and corporate relationships in India. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service by providing personalized and high-level service to address the unique financial needs of clients. Your key responsibilities include: - **Relationship Management:** - Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with UHNI clients, family offices, and corporate entities. - Develop trust-based relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within UHNI groups and corporates. - **Investment Management:** - Understand the firm's products and services to offer tailor-made investor portfolios. - Regularly review and optimize client portfolios in alignment with market conditions and client goals. - **Strategic Sales & Cross-Selling:** - Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities to expand client portfolios and engagement. - **Team Collaboration & Leadership:** - Collaborate with internal teams to provide holistic solutions to clients. - **Business Development & Networking:** - Explore new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential UHNI and corporate clients through proactive networking. - Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to offer timely advice to clients. Qualifications Required: - MBA from premier business schools or Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 10 years of experience. **Key Traits:** - Proven success in managing UHNI and corporate relationships in Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Corporate Banking. - Established network and direct relationships with UHNIs, family offices, and corporate decision-makers. - Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and asset classes. - Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to think strategically and develop long-term client relationships.
