Job Summary:

Capital Market Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze capital market transactions to ensure data quality and operational accuracy.
Conduct quality reviews of trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
Identify discrepancies, operational risks, and process inefficiencies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
Collaborate with front office, operations, compliance, and technology teams to improve workflows and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Develop, maintain, and report key quality and performance metrics related to capital market activities.
Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Support audit and compliance reviews by providing quality data and documentation.
Assist in the design and implementation of quality control frameworks and automated validation tools.
Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks impacting capital markets.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on quality trends and risk mitigation.
