Capex Executive

Job Summary:
The CAPEX Executive will be responsible for managing and tracking capital expenditure projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and company policies. This role involves coordination with multiple departments, vendors, and finance teams to facilitate procurement and execution of capital investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and budgeting for capital expenditure projects.
• Track and monitor CAPEX utilization across projects and departments.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for PO creation, vendor payments, and documentation.
• Maintain detailed reports of CAPEX spends, approvals, and asset capitalization.
• Support project execution by liaising with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs related to capital investments.
• Prepare regular MIS and variance reports for management review.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in CAPEX/project procurement/finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, asset management, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Navision preferred).
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
