Campus Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Campus Manager to oversee 

and coordinate academic operations at the Asian School of Business (ASB), 

Trivandrum. The Campus Manager will be responsible for managing faculty 

members, ensuring smooth execution of training programs, and serving as the key 

link between FACE Prep and our client institution. This role demands excellent 

managerial capabilities, communication skills, and the ability to foster strong 

professional relationships. 

Key Responsibilities

● Supervise and coordinate the activities of faculty members working on 

campus. 

● Act as the primary liaison between FACE Prep and ASB, ensuring alignment of 

objectives and smooth operational flow. 

● Monitor and evaluate faculty performance, providing feedback and support 

for continuous improvement. 

● Address and resolve any operational or academic issues in coordination with 

the client. 

● Ensure timely execution of programs, adherence to schedules, and 

achievement of learning outcomes. 

● Prepare and present periodic reports on faculty performance and campus 

operations to the management team. 

● Maintain high levels of stakeholder satisfaction by proactively managing 

expectations and delivering quality service.

● Exceptional managerial and leadership abilities. 

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). 

● Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and 

client representatives. 

● Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. 

● Organisational and time management proficiency. 

Eligibility Criteria

● Educational Qualification: Any Postgraduate degree. 

● Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Trivandrum, Kerala. 

● Experience in managing academic or corporate training operations is 

preferred.
