Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  organic and paid social media strategies

  across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
• Plan and manage

  Google Ads (PPC)

  and

  Social Media Ads

  , including campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, and reporting.
• Create, design, and edit

  posters, creatives, and short videos

  for campaigns.
• Manage

  end-to-end campaign budgets

  (₹1 lakh+ monthly) with a focus on maximizing ROI.
• Conduct

  market and competitor research

  , particularly focused on the Chennai audience.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the

  latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in

  Social Media Marketing

  &

  PPC campaign management

  .
• Proven track record of managing

  high-budget ad campaigns (₹1 lakh+ per month)

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  designing creatives (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)

  and

  basic video editing

  .
• Deep understanding of

  Chennai market dynamics

  and ability to tailor campaigns for local targeting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Tamil knowledge is a plus).
