Campaign Specialist

The Campaign Specialist position at Algonomy requires 2-4 years of experience and a BE/BTech/MBA education background. As a Campaign Analyst, you will be involved in all stages of the Client Campaign Lifecycle, including Estimation, Design, Campaign Build and QC, Deployment, and Reporting activities for campaigns spanning multiple communication channels. Collaborating closely with the client's CRM/marketing team is crucial for successful campaign execution. Your responsibilities will include developing a profound understanding of the client's business data and campaigns, creating campaign workflows for audience segmentation and deployment, managing end-to-end campaign processes, ensuring campaign quality through QC, providing post-deployment support, monitoring key metrics, and identifying campaign opportunities to enhance customer value and retention. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for client-related email campaign queries. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, motivation to excel in a dynamic Internet environment, hands-on experience with marketing automation systems, proficiency in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and Excel. Demonstrating a capability to analyze campaign performance, measure KPIs, and make data-driven optimizations is essential for this role.
