Campaign Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Campaign Manager (Meta Ads Expert) with extensive experience in real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns for multiple residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Develop and manage end-to-end lead generation funnels using Meta Ads Manager.
• Design and implement audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach potential buyers effectively.
• Optimize campaigns daily to achieve target CPL, CTR, and ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to design impactful ad creatives, videos, and landing pages.
• Integrate campaigns with CRM systems for real-time lead tracking and conversion monitoring.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience sets to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign performance through Meta Business Suite and prepare detailed reports with insights.
• Manage and monitor ad budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient spend utilization.
• Stay updated with Metas latest ad formats, tools, and policy changes relevant to real estate marketing.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Management.
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads for real estate.
• Proven success in running high-performing real estate campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of real estate buyer behavior and the property sales funnel.
• Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and CRM integrations.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid media channels is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
