You will be responsible for daily communication needs across the full-funnel – covering mid-funnel, database, and ad-hoc campaigns for instant loans, personal loans, and cross-sell products. The goal is to create contextual messaging that uplifts conversion and retention across formats like SMS, email, push, WhatsApp, and in-app.
You’ll also manage the social media content calendar, research competitor posts, and plan captions creatively and strategically.
● Write & optimize messaging across SMS, push, WhatsApp, email & in-app content at scale.
● Create high-performing communication strategies tailored to funnel use-cases.
● Collaborate with design and performance teams to implement campaign content.
● Plan and maintain monthly social media calendars.
● Benchmark and research social media communication by fintech and D2C brands.
● Contribute to copy development for cross-sell and retention journeys.
● Conduct A/B testing and optimize copy across formats.
● Strong copywriting ability across short and mid-form content.
● Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaign messaging.
● Ability to adapt tone/language for different user segments and platforms.
● Awareness of digital product ecosystems and user journeys.
● Sharp eye for social media trends and engagement techniques.
