Campaign Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other platforms.

• Conduct ad copywriting, creative optimization, and landing page (LP) testing.

• Map the user journey from awareness to conversion and identify optimization points.

• Analyze campaign performance using Excel and reporting tools, providing actionable insights.

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and effective.

• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, and retention.

• Develop reports highlighting campaign performance and recommendations.

• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 35 years of experience in digital campaign management.

• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Excel, and analytics tools.

• Strong copywriting skills for ads and landing pages.

• Experience with LP optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.

• Understanding of creative strategy, user journey mapping, and funnel optimization.

• Analytical mindset with a track record of improving campaign performance.
