Campaign Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for working in a rural environment and collaborating with local communities. Your proven experience in campaign management, social media, or event planning will be essential in developing and implementing effective campaigns to promote NGO initiatives. You will need to identify target audiences, create outreach strategies, and coordinate with internal teams, donors, and external stakeholders for campaign success. Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance and impact, assigning tasks to team members, conducting brainstorming sessions, providing guidance, and ensuring effective implementation of projects will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will need to plan and execute on-ground activities, events, and workshops for the NGO, as well as coordinate logistics, invite guests, and manage volunteer participation.
