The B2B CRM Campaign Coordinator ANZ is accountable for leading and developing acquisition, partner & operational communication activities supporting the bp Plus (AU) and bp Fuelcard (NZ) products & portfolios. Communications are primarily executed via digital channels though some print and media channels may be utilised at times.The B2B CRM Campaign Coordinator ANZ plays a key role in developing future acquisition campaigns through conception, in campaign management and wrap up, as well as leading the development of engaging partner campaigns to drive positive commercial outcomes for bp and our partners.This role requires a sound understanding of external market conditions, including competitor activity, to drive the feedback loop on targeted acquisition and offer, along with targeted marketing approachesIn a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results.The planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. These tasks span the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in comms execution, including digital, print, and phone with strong resilience and ability to meet KPI??s. A strong understanding of the SME segment with an ability to connect quickly with customers, strong business acumen and a can-do attitude. Educational background?¢Tertiary Qualified (Marketing or business related) Core Competencies and Experience (Technical and Professional)?¢A digital innovator and lateral thinker?¢Minimum 2 years previous experience preferably in a Marketing/Communications role?¢Proven ability to work across different teams and engage with a variety of stakeholders at both peer and senior levels?¢Understanding of graphic development and online content publishing processes?¢Competitive by nature with a strong customer focused approach to doing business?¢Driven and engaging from the first conversation, with the ability to break down barriers quickly?¢Strong understanding of small to medium business and the unique challenges faced by this sector?¢Working as a part of a team to deliver overall business outcomes?¢Can-do, proactive approach to calling both existing customers, warm leads and cold leads and strategic approach to pipeline maintenance?¢Maintaining close relationships with BP Brand, C&EA and Fleet & Dealer teams as well as internal Finance, Business & Technology (FBT) customer teams.?¢Balancing key objectives of both Finance, Business & Technology (FBT) Customer and overall F&D strategy.?¢Key Challenges:?¢Competitive and ever evolving landscape with aggressive competitor activity.?¢Maintain and grow bp Plus and bp Fuelcard portfolios which includes a wide range of customer segments.?¢Work closely with Business Development team to provide Marketing collateral for our Association partners.?¢Prioritising and managing workload in a streamlined organisation through maintaining team Marketing/activity Calendar and B2B Squad BusinessMap board
Roles and Responsibilities: ?¢?¢Act as a core squad member in the B2B Marketing Squad, contributing to both annual and quarterly planning, key initiative identification and task completion to support wider Marketing OKRs.?¢Lead the end-to-end development of Fuel card Partner campaigns (Qantas Business Rewards, Amex, Xero, Healthy Heads) to drive awareness and conversion for both bp and our partners.?¢Lead and drive GBS campaign management initiatives such as ?? ??low effort? solutions (e-invoicing, Direct Debit), support campaign activity execution (i.e. Gift Card acquisition/operational promo benefit).?¢Maintain and grow the bp Plus (AU) and bp Fuelcard (NZ) portfolios through leading the development and execution of acquisition campaigns with a bespoke comms approach to maximise customer take up and completion.?¢Support the Sales and Marketing Team Leaders with delivery of high-quality core performance activity and escalating any key risks identified within communications.?¢Deliver safe and reliable performance, ensuring compliance with policies (Pricing, Credit, Contracts and Safety). Apply business rigor that ensures monitoring of all accounts and prospects through the lenses of safety financial and reputational risks.?¢Have a deep understanding of best and next practice in Marketing and Lead Generation whilst developing a deep understanding of the BP products and key differentiators to competitors.?¢Ensure branding alignment ?? adherence to Global/Local brand and connectivity.
QualificationAny Graduation
