Cambridge Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery of Cambridge programmes across grade levels.
  • Mentor teachers in Cambridge pedagogy, assessment, and curriculum planning.
  • Monitor student progress and provide interventions for improvement.
  • Manage Cambridge assessments, exams, and reporting.
  • Communicate programme updates to parents and staff.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in Cambridge curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Excellent organisational and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to balance compliance with innovation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree (preferred); Bachelor’s in Education or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Cambridge curriculum teaching or leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in student outcomes and programme management.
