Job Description

We are looking for skilled Project Engineers and Quantity Surveyors with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team at The Charter School and Cochin International School in the Education/Training industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.

Job Requirements
