Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in Surat. The Caller will be responsible for contacting customers and clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing information about products and services. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate call logs, following up on customer queries, and escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. The Caller will also engage in outbound calls for sales or survey purposes.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Proficiency in call management and maintaining call logs
• Experience in Customer Service and Telemarketing
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately
• Capability to work on-site in Surat and full dedication to a full-time schedule
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
