Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, overseeing the sales team, and driving revenue growth. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telecaller to join our sales team at our Greater Noida West office. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote residential/commercial real estate projects. Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed project information. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert prospects into site visits and sales. Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule client meetings and property visits. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. Maintain call records and prepare regular reports for management. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller/Inside Sales Executive, preferably in real estate. Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English . Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Immediate joiners preferred.
