Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed project information.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert prospects into site visits and sales.
• Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule client meetings and property visits.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Maintain call records and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1–3 years

  of experience as a Telecaller/Inside Sales Executive, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in

  Hindi and English

  .
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
