Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller located in South Delhi. The Caller will be responsible for contacting potential customers and repair shops, providing information about our services, addressing queries, and scheduling repair appointments. The role requires maintaining a detailed log of customer interactions and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and following up on leads to generate business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed logs and reports
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is necessary
• Comfortable with basic computer skills and using CRM systems
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
