Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Caller, based on-site in Chennai. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews. The role also includes maintaining accurate call records, providing timely feedback to candidates, and coordinating with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or telecalling
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using calling software and MS Office applications
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
