Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for the position of Caller. The Caller will be responsible for engaging with clients, verifying customer information, and answering inquiries regarding products and services. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of communication, addressing customer concerns, and facilitating seamless coordination between various teams for efficient service delivery. Additionally, the Caller will support sales initiatives by identifying potential clients and communicating promotional offers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and address inquiries.
• Basic data recording and organizational skills to maintain precise documentation of interactions and transactions.
• Problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic team environment and collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Fluency in English and other regional languages will be beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service or telecalling is mandatory
