As a Caller at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our services. Your primary tasks will include contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services using scripts. You will need to answer questions about products or the company, ask questions to understand customer requirements, and close sales effectively. Additionally, you will be required to direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary, enter and update customer information in the database, take and process orders accurately, and handle grievances to maintain the company's reputation. It is crucial for you to go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales. Keeping records of calls and sales, as well as noting useful information, will be part of your daily responsibilities.
