It serves as a centralized hub for brands, designers, architects, and consultants to network, collaborate, and access curated resources. The center features an expansive material sample library and promotes eco-friendly practices to reduce carbon footprints.

Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and help promote Knowledge Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining the benefits of the Knowledge Center, generating interest, and ensuring a positive client experience through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce the Knowledge Center.
• Explain the features, benefits, and value of the Knowledge Center clearly and confidently.
• Generate leads and maintain a database of client interactions and feedback.
• Follow up with clients to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
• Gather insights from client conversations to help improve the Knowledge Center.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding or issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Experience in the real estate, construction industry is an advantage
• 1-2 years of experience in Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or Customer Support Executive.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confident at handling client conversations.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or calling tools
