Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Caller role based in New Delhi. The Caller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining customer relations. The role includes gathering and providing information, resolving client issues promptly, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Caller will also maintain accurate call records and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle inquiries efficiently
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a similar role is an advantage
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
