Call Quality Auditor (BPO)

We are hiring for the "Quality Analyst" profile for our Mohali office. Job Responsibilities- Participate in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards. Performs call monitoring and provides feedback to the agents. Use a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual levels. Perform monitoring of customer care email responses. Participate in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations. Provide actionable data to various internal support groups as needed. Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualification and Skills Set- Minimum 3 years of relevant Experience. Bachelor Degree a must.
