Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a dynamic and experienced Telecalling Team Lead to join our high-performing team at a leading aesthetic clinic in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have extensive team leadership experience, coupled with a strong foundation in telecalling and customer service, with a drive to lead from the front and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and inspire a team of telecallers to consistently meet performance and sales goals
• Manage outbound calling operations and guide the team in effectively promoting the clinic’s services
• Ensure high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction through quality communication
• Monitor team calls, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans
• Maintain accurate reports of customer interactions, team productivity, and sales conversion
• Collaborate with management on campaign planning and performance strategy

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a team leadership role, with at least 2 years of prior telecalling experience
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); Arabic language skills are a plus
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance
• Preference will be given to female candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
