Job Description

We are urgently hiring an experienced Telecalling Team Lead to join our growing team at a reputed aesthetic clinic in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, a strong background in telecalling, and the ability to drive performance while ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of telecallers to achieve monthly targets.
• Oversee outbound calling operations and ensure effective promotion of clinic services.
• Maintain high standards of communication, customer engagement, and satisfaction.
• Monitor calls, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans.
• Prepare and maintain reports on team productivity, customer interactions, and sales conversion.
• Collaborate with management for campaign planning and performance strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience, with at least 2 years in telecalling.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proven record of meeting sales targets and improving team performance.
• Female candidates preferred.

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• Experience: Telemarketing – 2 years (Required)
