Your role will involve leading and managing a team of telecallers to achieve targets, oversee outbound calling operations, maintain high standards of communication, and collaborate with management for campaign planning and performance strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of telecallers to achieve monthly targets. - Oversee outbound calling operations and ensure effective promotion of clinic services. - Maintain high standards of communication, customer engagement, and satisfaction. - Monitor calls, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans. - Prepare and maintain reports on team productivity, customer interactions, and sales conversion. - Collaborate with management for campaign planning and performance strategies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience, with at least 2 years in telecalling. - Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills. - Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage. - Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. - Proven record of meeting sales targets and improving team performance. - Female candidates preferred.
