Answer inbound calls, handle outbound calls, and communicate via live chat, email, or social media. Problem-solving: Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and technical problems. Information and sales: Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies. Identify and act on upsell opportunities. Order and account management: Take orders, process payments, handle returns, and update customer account information in a database or CRM system. Record keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions. Escalation and reporting: Escalate issues to supervisors or other departments when necessary. Report on customer feedback and trends to management.
