Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced German Voice Process professional with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle international inbound calls from customers interested in placing orders.
Respond to inquiries and provide general information to customers.
Assist customers in completing purchases online and over the phone.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction.
Work as part of the contact team to achieve business objectives.
Utilize upselling skills to increase sales and revenue.

Job Requirements

Graduate degree, preferably B.A or other Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 3 years of international voice experience in a reputable BPO.
Excellent customer service skills and fluency in German.
Strong upselling skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Experience in call center operations and customer support.
Ability to work from home (WFH) and adapt to changing situations.
