Key responsibilities
  • Hiring, onboarding, and training of new Call Center Agents as required to meet sales targets.
  • Provide coaching and assistance to call center agents on a perpetual basis.
  • Share daily, weekly, and monthly sales leads reports.
  • Oversee and ensure conflict resolution between agent associates and customers.
  • Ensure that all employees follow the company s best practices for call center management and operations.
  • Develop training presentations and educate call center agents for existing and new products.
  • Communicate company goals to associates so every employee understands his or her role.
  • Conduct periodic surveys of customers and potential customers to ensure quality control
Preferred candidate profile
  • 5 years experience in handling sales process
  • Experience in handling call center agents team (Minimum 20 Agents) who sell product or services to the customer in an outbound call.
  • Preferably should be from financial product/service sales process background.
  • Experience in one or more financial products like - (Payments, Digital lending, Secured or unsecured loans, Insurance, Stock markets, Banking).
  • Good understanding of CRM Tools, Campaign management tools, Dashboard tools etc.
