Call Center Manager

Location: Vasant Vihar, South Delhi (Work from Office)

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week (Alternate Saturdays off)

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and empathetic Call Center manager to handle client interactions on behalf of Vakeel Saab — India’s most trusted online legal consultation platform.

Your role is to connect users with the right lawyers, guide them through the consultation packages, and ensure a smooth and respectful experience, all while upholding our mission of making legal advice accessible to all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from users seeking legal advice

• Understand client requirements

• Match users with suitable lawyers based on issue, language, and budget

• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality on every call

• Enter accurate call notes and feedback into the system

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Hindi and English

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Ability to handle users calmly and empathetically

• Basic computer skills (CRM familiarity is a plus)

Bonus Points (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Proficiency in any regional language (e.g., Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, Telugu)

• Prior legal work knowledge of the legal domain
