Role Description

This is a for a Call Center Manager located in Chennai. The Call Center Manager will oversee daily operations of the call center, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing a team of call center agents, and analyzing performance metrics. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve contact center productivity and efficiency.
