Your responsibilities include: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from users seeking legal advice - Understanding client requirements and matching them with suitable lawyers - Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality on every call - Entering accurate call notes and feedback into the system To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Fluency in Hindi and English - Strong communication and listening skills - Ability to handle users calmly and empathetically - Basic computer skills, with CRM familiarity as a plus Preferred but not mandatory skills that would be considered as a bonus include proficiency in any regional language and prior knowledge of the legal domain.
