Position: Full-Time Call Center Executive
Salary Range: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience) + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Identify and understand customer needs, providing accurate and timely solutions.
• Resolve product or service queries by clarifying issues, researching answers, and providing the best solutions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow communication scripts and use knowledge bases to manage a variety of customer topics.
• Meet personal and team targets for key metrics like call quality, customer satisfaction, and call handling time.
• Upsell products or services where appropriate.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of a High School Diploma (10+2) is required. Graduates are preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply! Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Telugu is an advantage.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a patient and empathetic attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
