Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer queries related to orders, services, or complaints.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and offers.
  • Record and update customer details in the system.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, delivery, etc.) for quick resolutions.
  • Maintain daily call logs and reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum [12th Pass/Graduate] or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer support/call center will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as required].
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first approach.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
