Functional / Business Responsibilities:

  • Handle Customer queries / concerns via calls, emails, or chats in line with company standards. Gather and record appropriate information to resolve queries effectively. Documents all transactions and follow-up actions accurately.
  • Update systems with relevant information and escalate unresolved queries to the concerned team with clear details.
  • Provide customers with clear updates on actions taken. Participate in organizational and process-level initiatives to improve efficiency. Handle irate customers with patience and professionalism.
  • Operate telecommunication systems and applications smoothly. Work towards achieving performance standards while maintaining service quality.
