Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, your role will involve identifying hardware and software solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software. You will be speaking to customers in Hindi and Marathi to quickly get to the root of their problem. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing timely and accurate customer feedback - Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem - Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved - Replacing or repairing the necessary parts - Supporting the roll-out of new applications - Providing support in the form of procedural documentation - Managing multiple cases at one time - Testing and evaluating new technologies - Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree, with at least 1 year of experience in technical support. Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires work to be done in person. The company offers health insurance and provident fund benefits.
