Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to test bookings, sample collection, reports, and general enquiries.

  • Provide accurate information on diagnostic tests, pricing, home collection slots, and ongoing offers.
  • Track and follow up on pending reports, complaints, and escalations until closure.
  • Manage high-volume calls while maintaining service quality and turnaround time (TAT).
  • Identify customer needs and provide the best possible resolution in a polite and empathetic manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, Lab, Tech) for real-time updates.
  • Promote preventive health packages and wellness programs (no hard selling).

Preferred candidate profile

Good Communication

Proven background in Sales (Voice Process Preferred)
