Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls related to test bookings, sample collection, reports, and general enquiries. Provide accurate information on diagnostic tests, pricing, home collection slots, and ongoing offers. Track and follow up on pending reports, complaints, and escalations until closure. Manage high-volume calls while maintaining service quality and turnaround time (TAT). Identify customer needs and provide the best possible resolution in a polite and empathetic manner. Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, Lab, Tech) for real-time updates. Promote preventive health packages and wellness programs (no hard selling). Preferred candidate profile Good Communication Proven background in Sales (Voice Process Preferred)
